The Ethereal Net

You know how you’re thinking about someone and shortly afterwards the phone rings — or your email or text inbox dings — and it’s that person? It seems to me that the more I open myself to the possibility of these energetic connections, the more they happen.  My engineer friend Mike calls these the workings of the EtherealNet — not to be confused with the computer networking technology known as the EtherNet. . Not only is the EtherealNet much more interesting than the EtherNet he says, but it makes the same claim that Facebook does: It’s free and it always will be.
